Distance from Vineyard to Winery
The expressive nose is full of minerality, lychee, rose petals, and a hint of vanilla, suggesting sweetness. There are bright gentle acids that blend with minerality on the midpalate, offering flavors of lychee, rose petals, and a touch of floral and ginger with a lingering cleansing finish of fine spice. There is an illusion of sweetness from the fruit tones, but the wine is bone dry. Absolutely stunning with Indian curry, ceviche, a fine chicken liver pate, roasted chestnuts, or Thanksgiving turkey.
