White Zinfandel is an oxymoron. Zinfandel is opaque purple, w wine with notes of black pepper and dark fruit. White wines are transparent, showing hints of hay to amber. White Zinfandel is considered a pink, semi-sweet libation popular in decades past. The American pallet matured, Rosé taking its place for casual refreshment. Halleck Vineyard has reinterpreted Dry White Zinfandel. This wine is from Russian River Valley, employing the finest fruit. It's a pure expression of the grape, fully fermented to be crisp, and dry. It's from Halleck Vineyard, so you know it's a wine of quality. Surprise!

The 2025 Dry White Zinfandel is a vibrant, dry rosé from the Russian River Valley, showcasing the region’s bright, refined character. Aromas of fresh blossoms and delicate red berries rise from the glass, with subtle hints of summer herbs. On the palate, crisp acidity and gentle minerality highlight flavors of wild strawberry, rose petal, and a touch of apricot, leading to a clean, bright, and lingering finish. Elegant on its own, this rosé also pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, seasonal salads, or a creamy blue cheese.

This wine was fermented in steel tanks. After a short time on the skins, they were removed. There was no malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, all wine was tank aged until bottling.
