About this experience

Inspired by the birthplace of the original Parisian brasseries along the Left Bank of the Seine river in Paris, an area known for being a creative hub and haven to artists and Bohemians, Left Bank Brasserie is a group of authentic Parisian-style brasseries by Chef Roland Passot.

The menu features authentic French cuisine utilizing seasonal, local and organic ingredients, and will consist of both iconic lighter fare such as oysters, tartare and prawns provençal, in addition to heartier classics.

Halleck will always surprise with some of their library wines, single vineyards and award-winning whites.

This will be a four course dinner, with your selection of entrée.

Please choose your entree when purchasing a ticket.

Price is all inclusive: meal, wine, tax, gratuities.

After traveling halfway around the world with a backpack in his late teens to early 20s, Ross Halleck taught school in a small village on Lake Victoria in 1974.

Returning to the US in 1976, he completed school at UC Santa Cruz in marketing and founded a branding agency in 1980 at the birth of Silicon Valley. Ross focused his creativity on both the high technology and wine industries.

In 1992, Ross planted a Pinot Noir vineyard on the Sonoma Coast, the first vineyard planted in the area. His first vintage, 2002, was judged the #1 Pinot Noir in the US.

This launched Halleck Vineyard. Since, they have earned over 100 Gold, Double Gold and Best of Class medals in national and international competitions, being judged #1 Pinot in the US four times.

In pursuit of, “Building Community Through Wine,” Halleck Vineyard supports the charitable causes of the members of its Inner Circle, their wine Club. They have raised over $1 million to make the world a better place. This is the foundation of their winery.
