Three Sons Cuvee Pinot Noir Beautiful garnet color, jewel-like in its luster. Aromas of bright red cherry and dry leaves greet you, leading into white pepper and clove. In the mouth, there is a clear beginning, middle, and end of bright red fruit, underbrush, and baking spice. The lingering finish of clove and cinnamon have you begging for another sip of this easy-drinking wine.
Chardonnay This Russian River Valley Chardonnay is a symphony to the senses. The expressive nose is enveloped in floral notes and delicate citrus and green apple aromas. On the palate, bright, crisp acids dance with minerality, leading to a silky mouthfeel. The flavor unfolds with a bouquet of green apple and floral notes, accentuated by hints of spice and a touch of salinity, reminiscent of a grand cru White Burgundy.

Fermentation Method
Grapes were picked before sunrise, hand sorted and de-stemmed then cold soaked for five days before going through whole berry fermentation and receiving two punch downs per day. Fermentation took approximately 12 16 days in an open top five ton fermentation tank and the wine was then racked to barrels.
Barrel program:
30% new French Oak, 30% one year old French Oak and 40% older. Wine remained in barrel for ten months with one racking at five months during blending.
