A few years ago, 10 minutes from our vineyard home, olive trees were planted. Lots of olive trees.  Today, Gold Ridge Organic Farms produces the most delicious olive oils we’ve tasted.  We have paired three of them with our wines and you’re going to love them.  Put a little oil on some pasta or dip a baguette in the oil while sipping Halleck Vineyard wine.
