Kayak Vintner Experience
Sept 25, 2022
For many years, kayaking on Tomales Bay has been a regular Halleck Vineyard excursion. This is an afternoon with lunch, wine and oysters on gorgeous Tomales Bay, one of the hidden gems of the Bay Area. The water is some of the cleanest in the world, rife with life above and below. We may witness one of the last remaining herds of Tule Elk grazing off Whites Gulch. We will certainly see seals, bat rays, and thousands of sea birds.
There is truly nothing as invigorating as a day on the water. Everything is provided. Water shoes are convenient, but not necessary. We will be guided by licensed naturalists who impart the magic surrounding this auspicious spot where the Pacific Tectonic Plate meets the Continental Tectonic Plate. We will be floating directly above the San Andreas fault. It is beautiful and awe inspiring.
If you've time after, we'll certainly drop into Nick's Cove for afternoon drinks, not included:)
