Picholine is a French blend and it shows bright aromas of wheatgrass, matcha green tea and lemon citrus. Flavors are fresh, grassy, and herbaceous. Hints of artichoke and arugula on the finish. Medium pungent and medium robust, low bitterness and a subtle expression of fruit.

Picholine shines as a dipping and finishing oil and is also a great addition to a pesto or chimichurri sauce. Drizzle on pasta, hard cheeses and charcuterie to add interest. Picholine has a following with many who enjoy the green flavors in olive oil. Very high in polyphenols and antioxidants.
