This oil is sultry and woody with subtle aromatic hints of delicate fig and raw walnut. It is a foodie favorite. Flavors of toasted walnut, matcha green tea and a bright white pepper finish. Made from 100 % Estate Grown fruit. Medium bodied and medium spicy. High in antioxidants, this is a great finishing and dipping oil that will bring complex flavors to grilled or raw veggies, hummus, tapenade, cured meats. Pair with pastas, pesto or enjoy in salads for an extra lift of flavor.
