Daniel Boulud and Ross Halleck will host a private dining experience at Daniel’s celebrated Bar Boulud, on Broadway across from Lincoln Center.
Mr. Boulud is one of New Yorks most renown chefs, owner of eleven restaurants and New York's longest tenured Michelin Chef. His Michelin recognized French Bistro, Bar Boulud, is signature Daniel. It serves acclaimed house-made terrines and pâtés, along with a delectable menu of impeccably classic and seasonal French bistro cooking. Daniel will create a menu especially for this experience, and Sommelier Victoria Taylor will select a complement of French wines to compare to Halleck Vineyard wines. Halleck Vineyard will be including our finest wines, including library selections. This will be a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience with one of the world’s most iconic chefs.
