Tasting Notes: The expressive nose is full of floral notes and delicate fruit. There are bright crisp acids that blend with minerality on the mid-palate, offering flavors of subtle strawberry, rose petals, other floral notes, with hints of apricot. The refreshing finish lingers and cleanses with floral fruit. This is a wine you can enjoy with a meal but is spectacular on its own.
Winemaking: This wine was fermented in steel tanks. After a short time on the skins, they were removed. There was no malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, all wine was tank aged until bottling.
