2004 Estate Grown Pinot Noir
Dark raspberry, cherry with wafting spices
Deep garnet color. Rich in textural suggestion. Dark raspberry, cherry with wafting spices, including cinnamon, pepper and forest floor. A light feral undertone hinting of sensuality. Palate is broad with full flavor saturation across all quadrants. Leaning to red fruits, rather than dark, including cranberry, cherry, and raspberry. The spicy aromas deliver on the tongue, with earthy forest floor. Complex with a long finish that penetrates and lingers of white pepper and earth. Very pleasing, rich, earthy, still good fruit of raspberry and strawberry, well balanced, but giving way to forest floor and mushroom notes. Yes!
