Alison Michnevich, Director of Sales and Accounts, Halleck Vineyard - Sebastopol, Ca 

A Sonoma County, CA native with over two decades in the wine industry, Alison is known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to create memorable guest experiences while fostering strong partnerships. Throughout her career, she has built a strong background in sales, management, and marketing and ran her own consulting business. Her expertise includes event planning, wine club engagement & hosting, and strategic collaborations that preserve the authenticity of Halleck’s mission. 

As Director of Sales and Accounts for Halleck Vineyard, Alison represents a winery in the hills of Sebastopol, Sonoma County, CA, founded by Jennifer and Ross Halleck in 1993. Guided by the philosophy of building community through wine, Halleck Vineyard has earned national acclaim. Awards include Best Pinot Noir in the United States, Best of Class in the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, Best Sauvignon Blanc in the United States from Sunset Magazine, and Best White Wine in California from the California State Fair. Beyond the awards, the winery welcomes guests into a family journey and uses its platform to support noble causes worldwide. 

Outside of her winery duties, Alison enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband Brad, their three sons, golden retriever Charley, and a close circle of family and friends.
