Distance from Vineyard to Winery

The 2025 Little Sister Sauvignon Blanc is inspired by the classic elegance of a French Sancerre, offering both vibrancy and depth. It opens with an expressive nose of fresh lemon zest and delicate florals, layered with a subtle coastal freshness and a hint of boxwood. On the palate, bright citrus leads the way, complemented by flinty minerality, lively notes of crisp, acidic apple and passion fruit, and a touch of saline on the finish. The wine is driven by crisp acidity, carrying through to a clean, refreshing, and lingering finish. Pairs beautifully with seared scallops, grilled shrimp, or oysters on the half shell.
